  Ricardo and crew from Liz Evelin painting did a fantastic job staining on the pergola on my second floor townhome balcony deck.

The whole project from initial contact to finished product took only three days. On the work day they showed up on time, thoroughly prepared the pergola and masked off all of the surrounding surfaces including the adjacent homes, and carefully coated the wood with the selected stain (Olympic Elite Oxford Brown). Afterwards they carefully cleaned up all the trash.

Ricardo took care to be considerate and respectful throughout the process (e.g. letting me know to turn off my AC to to stop any overspray getting sucked into the condenser unit).

Liz Evelyn (and Tripoint Decks) = orderly, proficient, and generally pleasant to work with.

They also recommended a solid and cost effective solution for painting white schedule 2 PVC for additional UV protection and aesthetics. FYI Krylon spray paint is compatible and works well.

  They did an amazing job on finishing our back porch and staining our front porch. Ricardo was easy to work with and communicated throughout the process if there were any concerns. When the original stain we had chosen looked “off” he clarified if this is what we wanted and helped us find a much better color and ensure we were satisfied.   The crew did an outstanding job. I never expected the thorough preparation that they provided.  The attention to detail was excellent. They sanded the floor of my small deck and screened-in porch, sanded all railings and exposed wood, filled in nail holes with wood putty, then caulked all seams.  They were very conscientious with their work as I noticed them inspecting and retouching areas that weren't quite right. I am very particular about quality. Had I done the job myself, I would not have attended to the details that they did!
